How one dealer used Performing Ride to manage over 300 participants during an event.
The Customer
The dealer is known for its high-volume sales, strong brand loyalty, and community-driven approach to marketing. 
The annual We Ride As One event is a key touchpoint with both current and prospective riders. Managing hundreds of event participants was a logistical challenge.
Challenges We Identified
The dealer needed a way to:
- Handle signups efficiently
- Avoid manual entry and lost data
- Track which participants were test ride-ready or sales-qualified
- Feed data into their CRM in real-time for post-event follow-up
Previously, most of this was done via spreadsheets, paper forms, and phone follow-ups—leading to delays, gaps, and missed opportunities.
 
               
              The Solution
We deployed Performing Ride, a custom-built tool that acts as:
- Event registration platform (online signup with dealer branding)
- Test ride management tool (track interests and match with vehicles)
- CRM integrator (auto-syncs data into Ducati Milan’s sales system)
- Lead scoring dashboard (segment attendees by buying signals)
The system handled everything from signup to post-event analysis—freeing up the team to focus on the rider experience.
