Greta Pogliani
CEO & Founder
A passion for tech and deep roots in a historic Milanese motorcycle family make Greta a leading figure in the industry. She holds a degree in Intercultural Communication and a master’s in Communication Technology, and has lived and studied across international settings in Italy, the United States, India, and China.
She founded Performing Digital with her brother Giorgio, creating an agency that supports over 100 dealerships in Italy and major motorcycle brands in their digital growth and B2B2C promotion.
Giorgio Pogliani
CTO & Founder
A deep background in tech makes Giorgio a driving force in the digital transformation of the motorcycle sector. With a degree in Computer Science from the University of Milan, he combines technical expertise with a strategic vision shaped by professional experiences in Italy and Germany.
As a Full Stack Developer and Engineering Manager, Giorgio co-founded Performing Digital and leads a dynamic team of developers, ensuring the agency stays at the forefront of technological innovation. His talent for creating digital solutions plays a key role in the digital success of many dealerships across Italy.
TJ Kremlick
CSO & Partner
With 17 years of experience in the motorcycle and motorsport industry, TJ serves as Chief Strategy Officer, bringing a unique combination of leadership and strategic expertise. He holds a degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston (USA) and an MBA from Warwick Business School in London, driving the company’s ongoing growth.
Before joining Performing Digital, TJ held key roles at Ducati North America, Ducati India, and Ducati China, where he also contributed to the development and expansion of the DRE (Ducati Riding Experience) program across the Asia Pacific region. He spent five seasons in MotoGP, managing the support of Alpinestars-sponsored athletes.
Maria Castelluccio
Digital Project Leader
A cornerstone of Performing Digital, present since day one. Maria holds a degree in Political Science and Communication from the University of Milan. Before joining Performing Digital, she served as Digital Marketing Manager for a prestigious group of Milan-based dealerships.
Maria anticipates project needs and manages complex initiatives with precision, ensuring client objectives are met. She is known for her methodical approach and dedication to excellence.
Matteo Bruno
Head of Performance
A pillar of Performing Digital, part of the team since day one. Matteo holds a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University in Milan. Before joining Performing Digital, he worked in the marketing department at Triumph Motorcycles, supporting the dealer network.
Matteo is a T-shaped Digital Specialist with advanced expertise in SEM, SMM, SEA, and Digital Analytics. He is results-driven, with a proven track record in developing and managing integrated campaigns for brands and dealerships across Italy.
Riccardo Pozzato
Growth & Relationship Developer
Riccardo embodies expertise, passion, and deep market knowledge. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Turin, providing him with a solid foundation for managing complex relationships and building long-lasting professional connections.
Before joining Performing Digital, he held key roles in the Marketing and Communication departments of Suzuki, Zard Exhausts, QJ Motor, and Vmoto. He has stood out for his ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and relationships, and launch impactful campaigns that deliver concrete results.
