On 2 July 2026, Performing Digital officially registered the ‘Performing Ride’ trademark. Put like that, it sounds like a legal formality, but it isn’t: behind this event lies the confirmation that an idea conceived to solve a real-world problem has become a solid, recognisable product specifically tailored to the motorcycling sector.

The problem: event management left to improvisation

When we started out, managing test rides and dynamic events in the motorcycling world meant one thing: fragmentation. Dealers and manufacturers relied on scattered emails, Excel spreadsheets (when things went well – because often they were still on paper!), WhatsApp messages and a mountain of data that nobody could really collect and make the most of.

The result was predictable: activities that were impossible to monitor, lost leads, documentation managed manually, and a huge waste of resources. Every manufacturer, importer or dealer operated on their own, without a common standard.

The solution: a single digital workflow

Performing Ride was born out of that very chaos, but we didn’t design it on paper: we built it on the ground, event by event, alongside those who work with it every day.

Today, the entire event cycle is managed from a single cloud-based platform:

  • online user registration and sign-up;
  • vehicle availability and slot allocation;
  • digital signature with OTP for the indemnity waiver;
  • compliant document archiving for 10 years;
  • lead management and reporting

No more Excel spreadsheets, no more lost data. A single, end-to-end traceable process.

The results: hard figures, working for the dealer

The value of a product lies in the value of the results it enables. At one of the leading dealerships using the platform, in just six months, Performing Ride accounted for 40% of total leads, with a conversion rate of 2.71% and revenue attributable to leads amounting to 5.92% of the total. The ROAS for events reached 900.

But there is one figure that, more than any other, reveals the true nature of Performing Ride: in a single day, the platform managed up to 500 participants. Without even an Excel spreadsheet.

What registering the trademark means

Registering the Performing Ride trademark is not an end in itself. It is confirmation that this project has become a product: specialised, measurable, and ours. It is also a clear commitment to the market: to continue developing digital solutions that simplify the work of dealers, importers and motorcycle manufacturers.
