Performing Ride: everything it does for your event, from sign-up to follow-up 15 Jul 26

Performing ride nuove funzionalita

A well-run test ride has no dead time: the right people show up, take a ride, and on Monday your salespeople have a clean list to work through. When something jams, like a paper form nobody can find, a no-show blocking a slot, or a contact that never gets called back, it's not a one-off. It's a missing piece of the process.

Performing Ride covers that process end to end. Dozens of dealers and brands already use many of these features, but we've never laid them out all together. The best way to understand them is to follow them in their moment: before the event, during, and after.

Before the event: who signs up, and how

It all starts with the sign-up link, and every link can be different. With referral links, each channel and each salesperson gets their own tracked link: whoever comes in from Instagram, from the newsletter, or from their trusted salesperson's direct invite is logged automatically at sign-up, with no extra questions in the form and no manual attribution afterward.

You decide what the form asks. With custom fields you collect the information that actually matters, like model of interest, type of use, or how they plan to buy: the things you'll use later in the negotiation and that a generic form makes you lose.

At sign-up, two mechanisms save you time and trouble. The OTP digital signature lets the customer sign the consent and liability waiver from their smartphone, with identity verified via code: legally valid, zero paper, PDF archived automatically. And the confirmation email acts as a filter: an invalid address never receives the confirmation and never enters your lists, so the contacts left are real. Finally, the customizable pre-event communications: every registrant automatically receives the message you set up (what to bring, how the day works) plus a double reminder that cuts down no-shows.

During the event: full control, at any volume

On event day there's no Excel sheet to update by hand. Real-time check-in tells you who's confirmed, who's arrived, and who's still expected: no overbooking, no phone calls, the salesperson has the picture in front of them and can focus on selling.

And it holds up when the numbers matter: Performing Ride has managed up to 500 participants in a single day without losing control, the same reliability tested in high-traffic settings like the EICMA Riding Fest in Misano and the Motor Bike Expo in Verona.

Then there's the customer who tries several models. With manual plate assignment you tie the specific plate to each individual ride: clean reporting and correct insurance coverage on every one, without duplicating waivers.

After the event: the data is already ready

This is usually where the work starts over: collecting sheets, recopying contacts, reconstructing who tried what. With Performing Ride that step doesn't exist. Every sign-up is already a structured lead, with name, verified contact, model of interest, slot, and source channel, ready for follow-up and for the CRM, with nothing to copy by hand.

And when an event works, event duplication lets you create the new date in minutes, keeping the proven structure and changing only what needs to change.

One process, not seven scattered features

Taken one at a time, each of these features solves a problem. Lined up together, they turn event organization into a repeatable process where data doesn't get lost and salespeople don't turn into clerks.
